USED THE PATCH MATERIAL AND SEALER ON TORN AREAS AND DAMAGED AREAS AND USED THE GACO SILICONE SEALER ON ENTIRE ROOF. FIRST COAT THE TOUGHEST AND REALLY USED ALOT OF MATERIAL, BUT THERE WERE NO MORE LEAKS AFTER THE FIRST COAT. EXTRA COATS APPLIED TO ENSURE STRENGTH!

Used this on an old steel roof that is under a deck. Removed the old deck and found the Steel roof was in good shape but coating applied 10 years ago was starting to fail. Cleaned the roof down to the metal and removed any loose previously applied coating then applied three coats. Used the 6' reinforcing mesh on all the seams and where the deck sleepers were being installed. Install was quick and easy.

We bout 36 buckets to paint over our silver roof that was beginning to leak in different places. It worked like magic. Our church roof is all white and leak- proof. Worth the cost.

Seems to be an excellent product, 2 coats sealed roof great, applied pretty easy, definitely mix with a power mixer. The supply company was great to deal with.

After reading about this product on an RV website, I decided to give it a go. My truck camper roof had no leaks, and I wanted it to stay that way. Two coats later you would swear the roof is brand new. The advice to mix this with a power paddle is spot on.
Had a couple questions answered promptly by customer service people that were great. If Gaco Roof holds up as well as it looks, I'll be one very happy camper. Highly recommended.
