If you’re a finalist, play one more one-minute session on Dec 19, then check back at the Camas Club after noon on Dec 21 to see if you placed in the top 10 – and collect your cash if you did. That’s it.
1. This is an invite-only slot tournament for Camas Club members 21years or older, who have downloaded the Northern Quest app and arelogged into their app account by 8am on Dec 14. The qualifyingtournament will take place Dec 14-16, with the finals on Dec 19, 2020.
2. QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT: Sessions will be available for playDecember 14-16 from 10am-8pm each day. Players may play in onesession per day, for a total of three qualifying sessions. Players’ top twoscores will be accumulated, for an overall qualifying score. The top 500scores from the qualifying tournament will advance to the finals onDec 19. Players who qualify for the Finals Tournament will receive anapp message on Thursday, Dec 17 informing them they have qualified.
3. FINALS TOURNAMENT: The Finals Tournament will be available forplay on Dec 19 ONLY. Players will get to play in one tournament sessionfrom 10am-8pm. The top 10 scores will be paid as follows:
1st Place: $4,000
2nd Place: $2,000
3rd Place: $1,250
4th-7th Place: $500
8th-10th Place: $2504. Winners do not need to be present at the end of the tournament toclaim their prize. Winner names will be posted at the main Camas Clubby noon on Dec 21, 2020. Winners will have until 5pm, Dec 31, 2020 toclaim their prizes. Unclaimed prizes will be retained by Northern Quest.Valid photo ID and SSN required to claim prizes. All prizes arenon-transferable. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.Winner information will not be given out via phone or email.
5. Team members of the Kalispel Tribal Economic Authority, NorthernQuest Resort & Casino, and Kalispel Casino, as well as family membersof Loyalty Marketing and Marketing, are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO START AND PLAY A
TOURNEVENT NOW™ SESSION:a. Players can begin a tournament session by inserting their CamasRewards card into a slot machine at the Slot Tournament Bank locatednear the center bar. Players will follow prompts on the screen during thepre-session tutorial. A timer will start a countdown to the beginning ofthe player’s session. Each session throughout the tournament will beone minute long. After a player has played in a session, their score willappear on the leaderboard above the Slot Tournament Bank.
b. If any slot tournament information is completely lost due to machinemalfunction, ie., timer malfunction and/or credit meter malfunction etc.,the player must immediately notify a slot attendant and send an email toapprewards@northernquest.com with their Camas number and contactinformation in order to receive a make-up tournament session. Thesession that malfunctioned will not count toward a player’s allottedamount of sessions.
c. Participants may not leave the machine during sessions. In the eventa participant leaves before their timer runs out, the score that isdisplayed on their machine at the end of the session will count as theirsession score. If a player removes their Camas Rewards card from amachine prior to the start of their tournament session, the machine willexit tournament mode and the attempt will not be counted. Once atournament session has started, players will not be able to cash outtheir slot ticket until the session ends. Once a tournament sessionconcludes, the slot machine will automatically revert back to the originalslot machine game.

The Kalispel Tribe plans to break ground next year on an expansion project at Northern Quest Resort & Casino that includes a new hotel wing with nearly 200 rooms.
In an announcement Monday, the Kalispel Tribe said the new structure will be built west of Northern Quest’s existing hotel tower. A skywalk will connect the current tower’s northwest side to the new addition.
“While 2020 has been a difficult year for the hospitality industry, we continue to weather the storm and look toward to the future,” Nick Pierre, Northern Quest general manager, said in a statement. “For the past several years, we’ve been running at consistently high occupancy in our hotel and while meetings and events business has taken a big hit in the past eight months, we are confident things will bounce back in the coming months and years, returning us to the kind of demand we were seeing in 2019 and early 2020.”
The new structure will span more than 160,000 square feet and include five connected buildings inspired by the concept of a Native American fish weir. The hotel rooms will be similar in style to Northern Quest’s existing accommodations, according to a news release.
The expansion project will bring Northern Quest’s total number of hotel rooms to 440 and create more than 150 jobs , the release said.
Because architectural drawings and interior design finishing choices have not yet been finalized, the Kalispel Tribe is unable to provide an estimate of the project’s cost, Northern Quest spokeswoman Julie Holland said in an email.
The Kalispel Tribe plans to break ground on the hotel expansion project in March, with completion slated for early 2023.
The Kalispel Tribe’s master plan for Northern Quest includes a potential addition of a 30,000-square-foot conference center, depending on future demand for groups and meetings, the release said.
The Kalispel Tribe was planning to reveal the hotel expansion project in March, but the COVID-19 pandemic delayed the announcement.
“Since the Kalispel Tribe opened Northern Quest in 2000, we have had a history of making calculated investment decisions when others are putting projects on hold,” said Phil Haugen, Kalispel Tribal Economic Authority chief operating officer . “We broke ground on the original Northern Quest hotel in 2008, during the largest recession this country has seen in recent years. We are proud to say that project proved to be a huge success for the Tribe.
